This was a special day with 80+ people coming to say goodbye. I felt uncomfortable being in the middle but it was nice as our teams said their thanks. The boys also turned up at the airport to surprise me which left me tearful. Living amongst Thai people was such a pleasure.🙏🇹🇭

How to improve kids' grades as a coach:

-Highlight it's importance & where education can take them
-Ask them regularly about school -Praise grades in team talks
-Provide ⚽rewards
-Build network with parents & teachers
-Transfer ⚽'s mental skills to exam skills
-Get them active
