An approach to ⬆️ emotional awareness:

1. Kids come up with feelings which are put on wall
2. They stick their name card on the emotion they're feeling

Helps kids understand emotions & us to tailor our approach.

A teacher developed this after reading my tweet. Great work!👏🙌

Reducing pressure in kids sport:

▪️Focus on process & not outcome
▪️Seperate performance & self-worth
▪️SSG formats & fun
▪️Educate & manage spectators
▪️Encourage challenge
▪️Ensure safety & positivity
▪️Freedom to play, make decisions & mistakes

It's the least kids deserve!🙏
