We need to provide opportunities for kids to discuss their thoughts & feelings. They can struggle with certain aspects, which is made worse as they think they're the only ones who feel this way. Hearing others get the same feelings can provide reassurance & help them progress.💪

Reading is important but don't underestimate the importance of writing.

-Take notes on what u read
-Reflect on ur experiences
-Record ur ideas
-Write goals
-Develop ur own content

It helps clarify ur ideas, provides direction to ur work & can become an extra revenue stream!👊
